OUR STORY · LOW AND SLOW

The South never
tasted so good.

Reggie started barbecuing in 1994, stationed in Germany with the U.S. Army. Pork ribs were cheap, so he bought a lot of them and experimented with rubs and seasonings until something stuck. When he got transferred to Fort Campbell, friends asked him to cook at every barbecue they threw.

Eventually he saved up, built his own concession trailer, and parked it at the Night Stalker's Store. That trailer turned into a small restaurant. The small restaurant turned into the spot you'll find today on Trenton Road in Clarksville, Tennessee.

Thirty years of feeding folks who walked through the door. In 2026 we started packing it cold and sending it overnight. Same fire. Same wood. Now it leaves the building.
